The beds were oke, the shower too.
We were driving around for one hour to find the right location. It is not in the street they mentioned. I have to ask at least ten persons were this hotel is. It is behind the big hotel Lotus. The staff was not friendly at all. They tried to get money from our creditcard and were really upset this didn't work. So they cheated us as criminels. Not a very good start! In the hotel is also a club that produces a lot of noise. You have to pay for your tea and coffee that is provided in your room !
The hotel is in a good and quite area,it is a nice place for business people,it is near the center ,can get taxies easily .
Cold ac in Dubai Summer
Night club sound is very high, I couldn't sleep easily
Hotel location and cleanliness is good
Reception staff is not that friendly, location stated in the map is wrong, Hotel is beside the Lotus hotel and not Ibis hotel.
location and bedding
there was wifi but expansive,, and no signal in some end of the corridore rooms
okay,i had a good stay
The location was ideal to get around to shops and fast food outlets
The beds were hard, the disco kept me awake even though I was on the 4th floor, there was no internet access in the rooms.
good staff ,, good value for the money
not a very good location as it's located in a prostitution area ,, and it's difficult to find as it's not located directly on the street as they say and there is no sign to give you directions
My room was nice, very clean, bathroom was clean, modern , .... stuff was friendly ,,, morning shift and night shift..... i was usually going out so early and back after midnight,,, I like Adora and Abdo ,,, very friendly and nice ,,,, i extend my stay already, and I will back there soon ,,,,
With this price (270 Dirham per day) ,,, there is small things they should include it in the price ,,, such as miniral water (at least 2 it is really hot country) + some tea bags , and coffee ,,, it is will not cost the hotel more than 3 Dirham per customer per visit. Adding free internet to this hotel will make it more suitable for bussiness men. If the hotel did these few and last minor things,,, it is will reach 4 stars eaisly which is the price reached already
It wasnt impressive at all... bad crowd!!
I didn't like the ambience of the hotel, and the fact there is a loud indian disco at the basement.
Rude staff high prices in the minibar
